Established in 1996, The Celtic Bakery set out to restore the traditional baking techniques and recipes of the British isles. The Melbourne based family business is now in its second generation of ownership. The secret to our success is simple, we only use the very best local natural ingredients. We are one of very few remaining bakeries that still roll, cut and bake our products by hand . While this affects our production capability, it ensures our products keep that traditional taste.
